Over the weekend, I had the opportunity to taste the 2007 Persimmon Creek Vineyards Cabernet Franc.  Persimmon Creek is located in Clayton, Georgia, situated along the vineyard’s namesake Persimmon Creek.  A small boutique winery, 22 acres are planted to Riesling, Seyval Blanc, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot.
